Starting 24 hours after this trial opens we will be accepting emailed and faxed entries with payment made using the PayPal link below.

If you are using PayPal to pay your fees, please email or fax your completed entry form when you make payment. If you prefer to mail a paper entry form but still want to pay using the PayPal link, please email us and let us know your form was mailed when you submit your payment so we aren’t searching email folders for a form we will not receive.
