With Westminster opening tomorrow, the questions are starting to pour in. Please take a minute and read the following information. If your question still isn’t answered, I will do my best to respond to emails when I get home from the trial tonight.

Random Draw information for 2025…PLEASE READ!!!
This trial is limited to 600 runs. The Championship round is not included in this trial’s run limit.

Entries for the random draw will be taken between Monday, December 2nd, 2024, at 7:00 am EST and Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, at 6:00 pm EST. The draw will be held Friday, December 20th, 2024, at 3:00 pm EST at the Willow Grove Park Mall food court (3rd level), 2500 W. Moreland Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. The Closing Date for entries will be Tuesday, December 31st, 2024, at 6:00 pm EST.
1) You can only send 1 dog’s entry in a single postmarked envelope. This includes larger, overnight envelopes.
2) A completed entry form with complete payment must be received during the draw period. Entries can be sent via postal carrier, emailed to trialsec@fasttimesagility.com, or sent via fax to 888-521-1706.
3) A check or money order made payable to Fast Times, Inc. MUST be received with any mailed entry, or the entry will be considered invalid per AKC rules.
4) Electronic payment using the PayPal link provided on the trial webpage on the Fast Times website MUST be used for any entry submitted electronically and must be made at the time the entry is sent for this entry to be considered valid. Nonrefundable PayPal fees apply and are the exhibitor’s responsibility when using either electronic entry method.
5) Overnighting entries DOES NOT provide an advantage with this entry method. All entries received during the
Draw Period shall be accepted for the Random Draw and shall be treated equally without regard to the date received or any other criteria.
6) Each entry form received will receive a separate “draw” position.
7) We will be using an impartial computer randomizer to draw a list of random dogs by number to fill this trial. Once the trial limit has been reached, the next 50 dogs in the order they were drawn will be added to the waitlist. Entries beyond those entered and those added to the waitlist will be closed out.
8) Duplicate entries will not be refunded! Sending multiple entries for the same dog does not increase your chances of getting into this trial. Each dog will only receive 1 slot in the draw.
9) A maximum of 35 entries will be reserved as is permitted with this method of accepting entries. This includes the 2024 Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge National Finals dog agility winners as well as the past 5 Westminster Masters Agility Champions. These dogs will receive an invitation to this trial. Title requirements do not apply to these invitees. Invitee entries must be received by Fast Times, Inc prior to the opening date of December 2nd, 2024, at 7:00 am EST.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

 You can only include 1 entry per email or fax. I know this is an inconvenience, however, the way the rules are written for the use of random draw, this is how it has to be done for this trial.

The link for PayPal will be posted on the trial webpage on the Fast Times website before 7am tomorrow morning. I am not posting it early because people will use it as soon as it is there. This is also the ONLY way anyone should send electronic funds for this trial. DO NOT send payment directly.

THERE IS NO RUSH TO ENTER THIS TRIAL!!!!! I’m not saying you should wait, but everybody worrying about getting their entries in as soon as the trial opens are putting too much stress on themselves. There is no difference if we receive your entry at 7am tomorrow or at 10pm on 12/17/24. You stand the same chance of getting in regardless of when during the draw period your entry is received. This is one of the biggest bonuses in using the random draw method. No need to spend hundreds on overnighting and there is plenty of time to get your entry into the draw.

We will be sending emails out for each dog showing that dog’s draw position. These emails will be sent out periodically during the week (Monday-Thursday). If you mailed or emailed/faxed an entry and not have heard from us within a few days (not including the weekend) please send us an email to confirm that your entry was received.

If you are using PayPal to pay your fees, please email or fax your completed entry form when you make payment. If you prefer to mail a paper entry form but still want to pay using the PayPal link, please email us and let us know your form was mailed when you submit your payment so we aren’t searching email folders for a form we will not receive.

That makes it much easier for us to read all of the info for you and your dog.
