Starting 24 hours after this trial opens we will be accepting emailed and faxed entries with payment made using the PayPal link below.

If you are using PayPal to pay your fees, please email or fax your completed entry form when you make payment. If you prefer to mail a paper entry, please email us and let us know it was put in the mail so we aren’t searching email folders for a form we will not receive. We only need to be notified if you paid via PayPal.

Emailed or faxed entries will not be accepted on opening day of any trial.
