If you are using the below PayPal option to pay your fees, please email or fax your completed entry form once you have made your payment.

If you prefer to mail a paper entry, please email us and let us know it was put in the mail.
If you need a blank entry form to fill out, use one of the fill-able forms above.

Emailed or faxed entries will not be accepted on opening day of any agility trial.
