All checks should be made payable to Fast Times. To use the Fax/Email option, payments must be made via PayPal at the time of entry.

Fax or Email entry steps to follow:
Step 1: email your completed entry form to trialsec@fasttimesagility.com or fax your completed entry form to 1-888-521-1706.
Step 2: Use the link below to pay via PayPal.  There is a $2.50 PayPal non-refundable processing fee per entry using these methods. This fee is already included in the entry fee amount when you add your runs to your cart.
Step 3: Be sure to include the owner’s last name and dog’s registration number when making your PayPal payment so we can match your payment to your entry.

Please remember, payment must be received at the time of entry with all entry methods.

To pay for 1 class in each trial (2 runs for the day) be sure to add the “1 class for 1 trial/dog” to your cart twice. DO NOT use the “2 classes for 1 trial/dog” option as this is not the correct amount for your entry!
