NEW ! Best Western Inn at Hunt’s Landing, 120 Route 6 & 209, Matamoras, PA 18336 570-491-2400. There are 10 reserved at $119/night with $10 pet fee/weekend. They are being held till 8/1/09 and have to mention "Monticello Kennel Club" - not MNYKC

Please note that the indoor crating is only for volunteer workers. There will be a designated tenting area just outside the main building entrance for exhibitors to set up tents if they choose. It is not to late to volunteer - email Russ Beres at rberes@hvc.rr.com

Horse stalls in the building next to the main arena will be available to rent. $35 for the weekend. There is ONE larger stall with electric available for $60 Checks need to be made payable to Fast Times. Nice option instead of setting up a tent especially if rains.

Stalls are 10x12, rubber mats, no electric so you will need battery operated fans if you want fans. You cannot use any of the outlets in the building due to fire risk and code violations. So please DO NOT plug into any outlets. (No dogs allowed to be left in stalls overnight)

We request that you reserve your stall in advance by mailing in your check with your request. I cannot guarantee that we will have time to handle day of trial stall rentals...so please send your request in early...not the morning of the trial.

Regarding HEIGHT CARDS: If you did not include a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip with your entry, then you will need to either show a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands. Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. JUDGING BEGINS: 8:00 am, briefing at 7:45 am. All Judging will be INDOORS. Surface: packed dirt, Ring Size 80’ x 120'. Show Hours 7:00 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED: One Standard, one Jumpers with Weaves, and one FAST class offered each day.
FEES: $24 for the first run of each day per dog and $15 for the second run each day for the same dog. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

SMOKING RESTRICTIONS: This is now a NO SMOKING FACILITY. Smoking is allowed ONLY IN YOUR CAR. No one is allowed in any paddocks. No dogs off leash.   Please do not allow your dogs to disturb the horses. We want to be welcome guests.

From New York and all points east: take Interstate 84 west to the Port Jervis exit #1. Turn left off the ramp on to US Rt. 6 west. Follow Rt. 6 (Main St.) through Port Jervis (underpass 13'3"), turn right on US Rt. 209 north (Mobil Gas Station). Follow 209 north for 3 miles to New Hope Farms on the right.

From New England and all points northeast: take Interstate 87 to Interstate 84 west to the Port Jervis exit #1. Turn left off the ramp on to US Rt. 6 west. Follow Rt. 6 (Main St.) through Port Jervis (underpass 13'3"), turn right on US Rt. 209 north (Mobil Gas Station). Follow 209 north for 3 miles to New Hope Farms on the right.

From Philadelphia and all points south: take Interstate 81 north to Interstate 84 east to Matamoras exit. Turn left onto US Rt. 209, follow Rt. 209 through Matamoras across the Bridge into Port Jervis. Continue through the underpass (height 13'8" ) up Pike Street (209) to the light. Turn right at the light, continue two blocks, turn left (209 north). Follow Rt. 209 north 3 miles to New Hope Farms on the right.

From Binghamton and all points north and northwest: take Interstate 81 south the Interstate 84 east to Matamoras exit. Turn left onto US Rt. 209, follow 209 through Matamoras across the Bridge into Port Jervis. Continue through the underpass (height 13'8") up Pike Street (209) to the light. There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Clarification about refunds
Bitch in season refunds MUST BE RECEIVED within 48 hrs of end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.
