SPECIAL REMINDER: Please remember to make sure you check the box, sign, and write "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" on any overnights. The Post Office will not even attempt delivery and they will return them marked "Refused"

Regarding HEIGHT CARDS: If you do not include a valid height card or valid non- expired measurement slip with your entry, then you will need to either show a valid height card or valid non- expired measurement slip at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands.  Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: 12:00 Noon on Friday; 8:00 am on Saturday and Sunday.   All judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 120’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds..
FEES:  $24 for the first run of each day per dog and $13 for the each additional run each day for the same dog.  Make all checks payable to Fast Times not the club.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries.  We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

From York/Lancaster/PA Turnpike (I-76) Exit 286 (old exit #21): Route 30 East to 222 North. Continue on Route 222 for 9.2 miles after junction with PA Turnpike (exit 21). Turn left onto Route 724 West and continue until intersection with Route 422 (approximately 3 miles). Turn left onto 422 West.
 
***At second traffic light turn left onto Woodrow Avenue. Take first right onto Ruth Avenue. Fire Company is about 3 blocks on your left.

From New Jersey/ Allentown: Route 222 South towards Reading. At intersection with Route 73 continue on 222 south another 1.5 miles and take exit for Reading/Lancaster (Route 222 South). Continue on 222 South for 6.5 miles. Take exit marked Spring Ridge Drive/ Sinking Spring. At traffic light,  turn right and continue approximately 4 miles to Sinking Springs. At light, turn right onto 422 West. *** Continue as above.    OR from Rt. 78 West continue past 222 South to Rt 61 or 183 South  ( see directions below ).

From Routes 61 and 183 South: Take exit marked Lancaster/ 222 South. Continue on Route 222 South, exiting at Spring Ridge Drive/Sinking Spring.   At stop sign turn right and continue approximately 4 miles to Sinking Spring.  Bear right onto 422 West  *** Continue as above.

From Route I-76/PA Turnpike Exit 298 (old exit #22):Take Route 176 North( exit 298) to the intersection with Route 422 West (approximately 10 miles). Continue on 422 West. You will pass Lancaster Avenue, Penn Avenue, Wyomissing Blvd., and Route 12 exits. Route 422 West will then exit to the right towards Lebanon. Follow 422 West. You will pass Berkshire Mall, follow 422 West, Lebanon/ W. Penn Avenue to the intersection with Route 724 (McDonalds on left). Continue on 422 West to second traffic light and turn left onto Woodrow Avenue. Take first right onto Ruth Avenue. Fire Company is about 3 blocks on your left.

From 422 Eastbound: Travel to Sinking Spring and turn right onto Ralph Avenue (across from Dairy Queen). Show site is straight ahead.

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal.  If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made.   Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial.  A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund.  Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503

Clarification about refunds
Bitch in season refunds MUST BE RECEIVED within 48 hrs of end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm.  After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season.  Please read refund policy in premium.

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after after the trial.
