of height card with EACH and EVERY ENTRY.
Cards are not allowed to be kept on file as I had done in the past.
Please pass this along to other exhibitors. Regarding HEIGHT CARDS:
If you did not include a valid height card or valid non
expired measurement slip with your entry,
then you will need to either show a valid height card or valid non expired
measurement slip at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands.
Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.

If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 4"-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. We will wicket any 4"-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed. For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE. JUDGING BEGINS: Fri/Sat 9:00 am, briefing at 8:45 am. SUNDAY & Monday STARTS AT 8:00 AM. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 110’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds.. CLASSES OFFERED: One Standard and one Jumpers with weaves and one FAST class offered each day. FEES: $25 for the first run of each day per dog and $14 for the second run each day for the same dog. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not the clubs. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries. We shred all unused checks. PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope. From North:
GSP (Garden State Pkwy) South to Route 9, South on Route 9 towards
Freehold. Take exit for Route 18 South (left exit).
Follow Route 18 South to exit for Route 537 West (towards
Freehold). Before second
light on Route 537 West, follow sign bearing to the right jug handle in
order to make a left on Kozloski Rd.
YOU CANNOT MAKE A LEFT TURN ONTO KOSLOSKI.

There
shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or
handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such
dismissal. Refunds are
allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after closing date for
bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND
REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING
ADDRESS WITH
REQUEST. BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 732-389-2503 Clarification about refunds Must be RECEIVED with 48 hrs of the end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium. |
