Cards are not allowed to be kept on file as I had done in the past.
Please pass this along to other exhibitors. Regarding HEIGHT CARDS: If you did not include a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip with your entry,
then you will need to either show a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands. Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: 8:00 am, briefing at 7:45 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 100’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds..
FEES: $24/13. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not the club.   Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks.
CLASSES OFFERED: One Standard, one Jumpers with Weaves and one FAST class offered on Saturday. One Standard, and one Jumpers with Weaves class offered on Sunday. To learn more about Preferred Classes CLICK HERE
FEES: $24 for the first run of each day per dog and $13 for each additional run each day for the same dog. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not the club.. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

Classes will be run in the order listed below, unless necessary to change this due to class sizes and judging limits. .A, B, & P classes will run together. ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS. .Please EXPECT that there will be changes in judge’s assignments because of the probability that AKC’s Judging limits will require load balancing. It takes a lot of people to run an agility trial. The club would appreciate your help in making this an efficient and successful trial. Refreshments and raffle will be available for workers. Workers will be reimbursed 1/2 of their park entrance fee. From NJ or PA. or points North on I-95- Get off at Exit 1A, Rt.896 South (Toward Middletown) stay on 896/ 301 South for 5 1/2 miles, turn left onto Howell School Rd.( State Park Signs) Entrance to park 1/4 mile on right, proceed to trial site at Area #1

From Maryland or points South on I-95- Follow directions above from Exit 1A (Rt.896 South) or to save toll- get off at Exit 109B toward Newark, go 4^th light and turn right onto Otts Chapel Rd. At 2^nd light turn left onto Old Baltimore Pike. Turn right onto 896 South and follow directions above.

WE SUGGEST THAT YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Camping is available at Lums Pond State Park. Toll Free 877-987-2757. Reservations must be made through the park office. Camping is NOT permitted at trial site. Park entrance fees are included with campsite reservation. Limited sites with electric available so please reserve early.

There will be a food vendor all weekend. Water is available at the site

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 888-521-1706

Clarification about refunds
Bitch in season refunds MUST BE RECEIVED within 48 hrs of end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
