YOU SHOULD ATTACH a copy of height card with EACH and EVERY ENTRY.
Cards are not allowed to be kept on file as I had done in the past.
Please pass this along to other exhibitors.
Regarding HEIGHT CARDS:
If you did not include a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip with your entry,
then you will need to either show a valid height card or valid non expired measurement
slip at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands.
Height cards cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There WILL be an Official Measurer at this trial. ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. Times will be provided in the final confirmation. For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: Friday at 11:30 am, Sat and Sunday 8:00 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 120’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds on Friday -- NO GOLDEN RETRIEVERS ALLOWED TO ENTER ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY...
FEES: $24/13. Make all checks payable to Fast Times. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

(DOES NOT NECESSARILY REFLECT ORDER CLASSES WILL BE RUN)
Please EXPECT that there will be changes in judges’ assignments and running order because of the probability that AKC’s Judging limits will require load balancing. A, B, & P classes will run together. ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

Midland Beach Sports Field, Staten Island, NY
Staten Island is served by four bridges: the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, the Goethals Bridge, the Bayonne Bridge and the Outerbridge Crossing.   Easiest access for visitors traveling from the North, West or South is via the New Jersey Turnpike to the Goethals Bridge or Outerbridge Crossing. Travel through Manhattan is not recommended.

VERRAZANO NARROWS BRIDGE FOR TRAVEL FROM BROOKLYN, QUEENS AND POINTS EAST: Take the Verrazano Narrows Bridge to Staten Island. From the tollbooths, stay right and take the first exit, Lily Pond Avenue. Follow the road to the show site. Lily Pond Avenue becomes Father Capodanno Boulevard. No turns are necessary. It is approximately 3 miles to the show site. At the end if the Boulevard there is a U-Turn, the first parking lot, next to the picnic area is the lot closest to the Agility Trial.

BAYONNE BRIDGE, FOR TRAVEL FROM BAYONNE AND OTHER NEW JERSEY POINTS: From the Staten Island tollbooths stay on the Expressway and follow the signs for the Verrazano Narrows Bridge and Brooklyn. Before reaching the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, you will turn off at Lily Pond Avenue Exit. (Last exit before the bridge). At the first light, make a right turn and follow the road to the show site. See directions from Brooklyn.

GOETHALS BRIDGE, FROM NEW JERSEY POINTS: From the Staten Island tollbooths, stay on the Expressway to the Lily Pond Avenue Exit. Follow directions above.

OUTERBRIDGE CROSSING, FROM NEW JERSEY POINTS: From the Staten Island tollbooths follow the signs for the West Shore Expressway. Proceed on the West Shore Expressway (Rte. 440) to Staten Island Expressway (Rte. 278).   Travel to the Lily Pond Avenue Exit. Follow directions above

WE SUGGEST THAT YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

CAMPGROUNDS

There is a public access parking lot (Lot #2) adjacent to the show grounds.   There are no electric hook-ups or services.   The smaller lot closer to the trial area is locked at night, and the park personnel request that you utilize the larger lot at least at night. You may re-park in the small lot each morning. The fee is $10 per night. Please send your request and payment, payable to SICDTC, Inc., to:Sid Gonchar, 19 Berglund Ave Staten Island, I NY 10314. Email: sandyg@si.rr.com Include the make, model, license, and length of your RV with your payment.   Reservations and payment must be received by close of entries. RVs will not be permitted to set-up until Friday morning.

EQUIPMENT

The equipment for this trial is being provided by MAX200. All equipment will be available for sale at the end of the event. FOOD

There will be a Food Vendor all weekend. There is water available at the site

REFUNDS

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made.   Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 1-888-521-1706

Clarification about refunds
Bitch in season refunds MUST BE RECEIVED within 48 hrs of end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.

RESULTS

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available by Tuesday after the trial.
