YOU SHOULD ATTACH a copy of height card with EACH and EVERY ENTRY.
Cards are not allowed to be kept on file as I had done in the past.
Please pass this along to other exhibitors.

Regarding HEIGHT CARDS: If you did not include a valid height card
or valid non expired measurement slip with your entry, then you will need
to either show a valid height card or valid non expired measurement slip
at the trial or be measured in order to receive your armbands.  Height cards
cannot be accepted after the entry has been received.

HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING:  There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured.  If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 8-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running.  We will wicket any 8-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS:   8:00 am, briefing at 7:45 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 110’, Show Hours 6 AM to 7 PM.  Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED:  One Standard, one Jumpers with weaves and one FAST class offered on Saturday.  One Standard and one Jumpers with weaves class offered on Sunday.
FEES:  $24 for the first run of each day per dog and $14 for each additional run each day for the same dog.  Make all checks payable to MNJPBGVA not FAST TIMES.  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries.  We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address.  If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

 Dogs entered and handlers are permitted on the trial grounds from Friday, October 24, 2008 at 3PM until Sunday, October 26, 2008 at 9PM.   Anyone found to be practicing on trial equipment may be barred from the trial.  No exhibitors will be allowed in the trial ring area without permission or at scheduled times for walkthroughs.   
 DOES NOT NECESSARILY REFLECT ORDER CLASSES WILL BE RUN.  We will not know until after closing how the classes will be run.  Please EXPECT that there will be changes in judge’s assignments because of the probability that AKC’s Judging limits will require load balancing. A, B, & P classes will run together.   ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS

ENTRY FEES: First Entry of a Dog (Each Day): $24; Additional Entry of Same Dog: $14 (Each Day)

PAYMENT: Please make all checks out to: MNJPBGV not Fast Times .  Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or entries cancelled before the check has been deposited.  We shred all unused checks.

TRIAL HELP

We love volunteers and if anyone has time during the day, please come to the club tent and let us know when you are available to help.  We will also make announcements at any time that we need help and don't have any readily available.   Lunch tickets or gifts to any volunteer that helps for at least two hours  We’ll have a special treat for those who help on the trial days! Thanks in Advance!

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE:

From North (NY)   - take the NJ Turnpike to Exit # 7 at Exit #7 follow directions and signs to 295 South. Take 295 south to exit #45 - see below

From South (MD/DE) - Take NJ Turnpike to exit #5.  Turn left at exit and take Burlington - Mt Holly Road toward Burlington and get on Rt 295 South.  295 South to exit 45 follow 295 instructions

From the North: Rt. 130 south to Beverly-Rancocas Road jughandle (NJ State Police barracks building at jughandle).  Use jughandle and cross Rt. 130.  Show grounds on right approximately ½ mile on right

From the South: Rt. 130 North to Beverly-Rancocas Rd. (Casel Realty on right).  Turn right.  Follow Beverly-Rancocas Rd ½ mile to show grounds

From Rt. # I-295:  Exit at 45 B – Willingboro.  Follow for approximately 3 ½ miles to show grounds on left

From Pennsylvania: Take one of the bridges to Route 130 or Rt. #I-295 and follow the above directions

CAMPGROUNDS

Motor Home Parking is available.  There are no hook ups of any kind.  Deadline for motor home reservations is October 21, 2008.  The fee is $10 per night.  Reservations should be sent to:  Dottie Allen, 25 Beth Drive, Moorestown, NJ.  Please include make, state and license plate number, and make and length of unit.

EQUIPMENT

The equipment for this event is being provided by Allen's Kennels, Moorestown, NJ

VENDORS

Concession space is available.  There is no charge for the space but the club requests an item to be donated to be included in the worker’s raffle.  No electricity is available.  Contact Dottie Allen  to reserve space.  NJHorse@aol.com  or Ph: 856-234-6117

There will be a food vendor all weekend.

REFUNDS

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler are dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal.  Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date.  Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds.  ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate.  Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee per trial day.  Written verification from a veterinarian is required.  Notification for refund of bitches in season must be made no later than the end of the trial..  A Veterinarian's note and Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund request.  
RESULTS
Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
