HEIGHT CARDS & MEASURING: There MAY be an Official Measurer at this trial, if there is then ALL DOGS REGARDLESS OF THEIR JUMP HEIGHT without a height card will have to be measured. If there is NOT a measurer at the trial then - All 4"-20" jump height dogs with out height cards or yellow measurement slips will need to be wicketed by the judge before running. We will wicket any 4"-20" dogs in the morning and throughout they day if needed.   For more information about being measured or wicketed at this trial CLICK HERE.
JUDGING BEGINS: 8:15 am, briefing at 8:00 am. Measuring begins at 7:45 am. All Judging will be outdoors, rain or shine. Surface: Grass, Ring Size: 100’ x 100’, Show Hours 7 AM to 7 PM. Open to all breeds..
CLASSES OFFERED: One Standard and one Jumpers with weaves offered each day.
FEES: $24 for the first run of each day per dog and $14 for each additional run for the same dog. Make all checks payable to FAST TIMES not LKAA. Fast Times will not return checks for entries that are not accepted or canceled entries. We shred all unused checks.
PRELIMINARY CONFIRMATIONS: Fast Times will send preliminary confirmations either as attachments via email or in the body of an email to all exhibitors who provide their email address. If you do not have and email address and want a preliminary confirmation, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREFERRED CLASS

Classes will be run in the order listed below, unless necessary to change this due to class sizes and judging limits. A, B, & P classes will run together. ELECTRONIC TIMING WILL BE USED IN ALL RINGS. Exhibitors can setup on Friday between 3:30 and 4:45pm. We will run as a one ring trial using two rings.

We will have two complete rings set up – one for STD and the other for JWW and will alternate between STD and JWW

From The West or New York City:

From the Long Island Expressway: Take the LIE (I-495) to Exit 39 (Glen Cove Road). Follow the service road east for approximately 1.1 miles, turn right onto Old Westbury Road and continue 0.4 miles. The Gardens' gate is on the left.

From the Northern State Parkway: (No RVs or Campers Allowed) Take the Northern State to Exit 32 (Post Avenue). Bear left at end of exit ramp and turn left onto Post Avenue heading north. Turn left onto Jericho Turnpike (Route 25) and turn right at the first light onto Old Westbury Road. The Gardens' gate is on the right.

Directions from Eastern Long Island

From the Long Island Expressway: Take the LIE (I-495) to Exit 39. There will be a Food Vendor all weekend. Water is available at the site.

There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn after the closing date for injury or in the event a dog and/or handler are absent, injured, or are dismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal. If because of riots, civil disturbances or other acts beyond the control of management it is impossible to open or complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. Refunds after closing date for bitches in season only. A $5.00 processing fee for ANY refunds. ALL REFUND REQUESTS BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE MUST INCLUDE OWNERS NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS WITH REQUEST.

BITCHES IN SEASON are not eligible to participate. Entry fees will be refunded subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Written verification from a veterinarian is required. Notification for refund of bitches in season must be RECEIVED no later than 48 hrs after end of the trial. A Veterinarian's note AND Final Trial Confirmation for dog must accompany any such refund. Requests can be faxed to 1-888-521-1706

Clarification about refunds
Bitch in season refunds MUST BE RECEIVED within 48 hrs of end of trial – Tuesday at 6 pm. After the closing date, Fast Times will only process refunds for bitches in season. Please read refund policy in premium.

Trial results showing the qualifiers for the trial will be available a few days after the trial.
